Julius (Jack) Kotloski

October 31, 1932 — February 26, 1990

Mr. Julius (Jack) J. Kotloski, age 79, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Monday, February 26, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.

He was born August 10, 1910, in Berlin, a son to Joseph and Anna Kotloski. On October 31, 1932 he married Grace Formiller. She preceded him in death on September 20, 1984. Mr. Kotloski worked at Speed Queen in Ripon for 42 years and retired August 31, 1975. He was a buyer in the Purchasing Department.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Jay (Annette) Clark of Collierville, TN; three grandchildren, Clarissa, Julie and Gregory Clark, and two brothers, Harold of Berlin and Ralph of Oshkosh.

Friends may call Wednesday, February 28, 1990, from 4:00 until 8:15 p.m. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon where a rosary will be recited at 8:15 p.m.

Mass of Christian Burial for Mr. Kotloski will be held Thursday, March 1, 1990 at 11:00 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake. The Reverend Leo Joyce will officiate. Interment will be in Dartford Cemetery, Green Lake. Memorials in his name may be directed to Our Lady of the Lake or Green Lake Senior Citizens.
