Karen Ann Floyd, 52, of 44 Parkway Terrace, Ripon, passed away Tuesday, April 18, 1995, at her home.
She was born March 28, 1943, in Fond du Lac, a daughter to Alvin and Mary Ann (Meyer) Schneider. After graduating from Ripon High School, Karen attended the Beauty College of Green Bay and became a beautician. Karen currently was employed at Speed Queen in Ripon where she was a member of the Speed Queen Girls Club.
Karen is survived by 1 daughter, Julie (Jeffrey) Hopp of Ripon and 2 grandchildren, Jessica and Allyson Hopp; Very Special Friend, Chuck Floyd of Ripon; parents, Alvin and Mary Ann Schneider of Louisville, Kentucky; sister, Joyce Moore, brothers, Tom (Carol) Schneider and Jeff (Lisa) Schneider, all of Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Wednesday from 5 until 8 P.M. at Butzin-Marchant
Funeral Home, Ripon where a Rosary will be recited by Father John A. Schmitz at 6 P.M.
Funeral service for the late Karen Ann Floyd will be Thursday at 10:30 A.M. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with the Reverend Arthur D. Volkmann officiating. Interment will follow in St. Patrick’s Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon.
