Kathryn T. Kissinger, 88, of 555 Eureka St., Ripon, WI, died December 23, 1989 at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
She was born April 21, 1901, in Sevastopol, WI, the daughter of Henry and Louise Schwitzenberg Blank. On December 23, 1925, she married Howard Kissinger in Milwaukee. He preceded her in death on September 21, 1970.
Mrs. Kissinger was educated in Milan and Athens, WI. She was a resident of Milwaukee and Ripon since 1946. She was a partner in Kathryns dress store in Ripon since 1946. Mrs. Kissinger was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon, member of B.P.W. and a member of Education Club.
Survivors include one son, William and his wife, Bernadette of Thiensville, WI, seven grandchildren, Mrs. Susan and her husband, John Huberty of Corte Madera, CA, Catherine Kissinger of Los Angeles, CA, William A. Kissinger of Milwaukee, John and his wife, Debbie Kissinger of Milwaukee, Mary Kissinger of Milwaukee, Douglas and his wife Anne Kissinger of Carmel, IN and Mrs. Beth and her husband, Tom Rodgers of Dallas, TX. She is further survived by five great-grandchildren and many loving nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 27, 1989, at 9:30 am at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon with The Reverend John Schmitz officiating. Interment will follow in St. Patricks Cemetery in the Town of Ripon.
Friends may call from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm Tuesday, December 26, 1989 at The Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon where the parish rosary will be recited at 8:00 pm.
