Kay A. Weishaar, age 66, of Ripon, passed away on Wednesday, November 18, 2009, at her home in Ripon with her family by her side.
Kay was born on October 11, 1943, in Beaver Dam, WI, the daughter of Al and Mary (Stafford) Hitzemann. She graduated from high school and went on to college for three years. On May 8, 1965, Kay married Raymond Weishaar in Markesan, WI. She was a retail manager for Ben Franklin and a member of St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include her husband, Raymond; one son, Jeff (Melissa) Weishaar, and their child, Aaron; three daughters, Wendy (Dan) Reiter and their children, Olivia and Anna; Heather (Matt) Sullivan and their children, Caitlin and Matik; and Kera Weishaar; one sister, Karen Johnson and many nieces and nephews. Kay was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Kurt.
Visitation for Kay Weishaar will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009, from 10:00 – 12:00 p.m. at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church, 415 E. Fond du Lac St. Ripon, WI 54971.
Mass of Christian Burial for Kay Weishaar will be held on Saturday, November 21, 2009, at 12:00 noon at St. Catherine of Siena Catholic Church in Ripon. Father William Whalen will officiate. Interment will follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery in Ripon. Memorials may be given to American Cancer Society, Midwest Div. 3311 S. Packerland Dr. DePere, WI 54115.
