Keith Schultz

Keith R. Schultz, age 72, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, September 20, 2013, in Kearny, New Jersey.

Keith was born June 30, 1941, in Markesan, the son of Henry and Florence (Bundt) Schultz. He graduated from Markesan High School and went on to serve our country in the United States Army from 1959 to 1963 stationed in Germany during the Berlin Crisis. Keith married Annagene “Ann” Berg on April 20, 1968 at Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater, WI. Trucking was Keith’s passion; he was a lifelong owner-operator of big rigs and traveled weekly to the East Coast. Keith was a member of Grace Lutheran Church of Ripon, and a member of the Princeton Sno-Barons snowmobile club.

Survivors include his wife, Ann Schultz of Ripon, WI; son, Lance Schultz, Ripon, WI; granddaughter, Kora Schultz, Fond du Lac, WI; grandson, Tyson Schultz, Ripon, WI; sister, Jacqueline (Edward) Hahn, Marshfield, WI; niece, Carrie (Shawn) Webster, Eagan, MN; niece, Suzanne (Randy) Snortheim, Marshfield, WI; nephew, Mark (Mary) Hahn, Minneapolis, MN; three grand-nieces and three grand-nephews. Keith was preceded in death by his parents, Henry and Florence.

Visitation for Keith Schultz will be held Wednesday, September 25, 2013 from 4:00 - 7:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Drive, Ripon, WI 54971 and again on Thursday, September 26, 2013 from 10:00 - 11:00 am, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church, 430 W. Griswold Street, Ripon, WI 54971.

Funeral Services for Keith Schultz will be held on Thursday, September 26, 2013, at 11:00 am, at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon. Reverend Clay R. Salmela will officiate. Interment will follow at Fairwater Cemetery in the Village of Fairwater, with full military honors. A memorial is being established.
