Ken Douglas Wells, age 37, of Fond du Lac, died March 29, 1996, at his home.
He was born April 10, 1958, in Aurora, Illinois, a son to V. Hugh and Jacqueline (Wade) Wells, Jr. He grew up in Naperville, IL where he graduated from high school. He continued on to college at UW-LaCrosse, University of Arizona in Tucson, and Southern Illinois College in Carbondale, Illinois. Ken was a professional musician as well as working at Al Frank Motor Sales of Fond du Lac in the Sales and Finance
Department. He was a member of Grace Reformed Church of Fond du Lac.
Survivors include his parents, V. Hugh and Jacqueline Wells, Jr. of Green Lake; 1 son, Michael V. Wells of Fond du Lac; 1 brother, Victor H. Wells, III of Vancouver, British Columbia; 1 sister, Polly Jo (David) Malehorn of New Castle, CO; and paternal grandmother, Wilma Wells of Oshkosh.
A Memorial Service will be held Wednesday, April 3, 1996, at 7:00 P.M. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, with the Reverend Howard Vande Guchte officiating. Friends may call Wednesday from 5:00 P.M. until the time of the service at the funeral home. Inurnment will follow at a later date.
The Ken Wells Memorial Fund has been established to go toward the education of his son.
