Mr. Lauren “Ole” A. Olson, age 48, died Wednesday, June 27, 1990, at his 150 N. Butler St., Fond du Lac residence.
He was born in Ripon on April 23, 1942, a son of Marvin and Merle Sauer Olson.
Mr. Olson was educated in Green Lake and served in the U.S. Army. He had formerly worked as a set up man at Mercury Marine in Fond du Lac.
Survivors include three daughters, Traci of Bloomington, MN, Tami of Fond du Lac and Toni of Theresa; his mother of Fond du Lac; maternal grandmother, Nellie Sauer of Ripon; paternal grandmother, Eva Olson of Stevens Point, and other relatives and friends. His father preceded him in death.
Friends may call Friday from 5 until 8 pm at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon and Saturday from 11 am until the hour of services at the funeral home.
Funeral services for Lauren Olson will be held Saturday at 1 pm at the funeral home with the Reverend Frank Fagerburg of Waupaca officiating. Interment will follow in Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
