Laverna Krueger

LaVerna Mae Krueger, age 85, of 612 Hall St., Ripon, died Tuesday evening, December 17, 2002, at her home.
She was born September 12, 1917, on a farm near Ripon, a daughter to John and Emma (Hahn) Raybeck. LaVerna attended country school. On September 18, 1940, she married Chester Krueger at Immanuel Evangelical Church in Ripon. They farmed in the Town of Springvale near Brandon until his death 1965. She then moved to Ripon, and worked in the Plant Dept. at Ripon College for 18 years. Mrs. Krueger was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon.
She is survived by her daughter, Diane Krueger of Ripon, and was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and 2 sisters.
Funeral service will be Friday, December 20, 2002, at 1 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon with Rev. David A. Busker officiating with visitation 1 hour prior to the service. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon.
