Lawrence Carlton Blank, 96, of Green Lake, died Tuesday, May 16, 1995, at the Montello Care Center, Montello.
He was born January 27, 1899, in the Brandon area, a son of the late Frank and Wilhemina (Yerk) Blank. Along with farming on the family farm, Lawrence raised registered Chester white hogs and Aershire cattle. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church, Ripon. In 1974 he married Alice Carlson.
Survivors include his wife, Alice of Green Lake; 3 step-sons, Fred, Bob and Gordon Suckow; one step-daughter-in-law, Marion Suckow; two step-great-grandchildren; one sister, Madeline Barg of Florida; six nephews and one niece. He was preceded in death by one step-son, Edwin and his first wife, Helen Suckow.
Funeral services for the late Lawrence Blank will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Reverend Howard M. Ott will officiate and interment will follow in Garden of the Cross Cemetery, Ripon. Family and friends may call Friday from 11:30 a.m. until the time of the service at the funeral home.
