Lawrence Humbright

Lawrence W. Humbright, 90, of 22 WaWa Ave., Ripon, died Monday morning, November 21, 1988, at Berlin Memorial Hospital.
He was born July 4, 1898, in the Town of Nepeuskun to Otto and Louise Schrader Humbright. On October 15, 1930, he married Elva Sommerfeldt in Ripon.
Mr. Humbright was educated in McConnell School, Town of Brooklyn. He was a farmer. He lived all his life in the Ripon area, the last 32 years in the City of Ripon. Mr. Humbright was a life member of Grace Lutheran Church of Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Elva; one daughter, Mrs. Alton (Ruth) Meyer of Ripon; two granddaughters, Jane Mueller and Sara Meyer both of Ripon; two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Sielaff of Omro and Mrs. Caroline Lehman of Ripon. He was preceded in death by three brothers.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 11:00 a.m. at the Grace Lutheran Church, Ripon. The Reverend Joel Dimer will officiate and interment will follow in the Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
Friends may call Tuesday from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m., at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
A memorial has been established for the church.
