Lawrence Leistikow

Lawrence “Chub” F. Leistikow, age 89, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Sunday, September 29, 1985, at Juliette Manor Nursing Home in Berlin.
Lawrence was born October 15, 1895, in the Town of Brooklyn, WI, the son of Herman and Louise (Albright) Leistikow. He served our country in the United States Army from 1917 to 1918 during the WWI. On November 20, 1926, Lawrence married Ida Wendlandt. He worked as a Supervisor of Facilities for the City of Green Lake. Lawrence was a member of Peace Lutheran Church of Green Lake and a past member of the American Legion Willis-Chapel Post #306 of Green Lake.
Survivors include nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife on March 10, 1973.
Visitation for Lawrence will be held on Tuesday, October 1, 1985, from 5 – 8:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Lawrence will be held on Wednesday, October 2, 1985, at 1:30 pm at Peace Lutheran Church of Green Lake with Reverend Rodney Dietsche officiating. Interment will follow at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
