Leona Hilke, age 68, of the Town of Nepeuskun, WI, died on Sunday, March 27, 1988, at St. Agnes Hospital in Fond du Lac.
Leona was born on November 18, 1919, in Eau Claire, WI, the daughter of Arthur and Bertha (Kohnke) Pehlke. She was educated in Eau Claire. On August 10, 1940, Leona married Henry Hilke. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon and taught Sunday School for many years.
Survivors include her husband, Henry; one son, Thomas of Kohler; one granddaughter, Veronica; and one brother, Ervin Pehlke of Elmhurst, IL.
A private service will be held with The Reverend Carl Stubenvoll officiating. Interment will be held at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
