Leona Kroll, age 72, of Ripon, WI, passed away on December 24, 1985, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Leona was born May 1, 1913, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of Herman and Theresa Klemp. She married Marvin Kroll on July 27, 1940, in Dubuque, Iowa and worked as a housewife. Leona was a member of the American Legion Auxiliary and V.F.W. Auxiliary and past present of both.
Survivors include her husband, Marvin “Tucker” Kroll and brother, Carl Klemp of Ripon. She was preceded in death by four brothers and one sister.
Visitation for Leona will be held on Thursday, December 26, 1985, from 5 – 9:00 pm with a VFW Service at 7:15 pm and a Legion Service at 7:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home.
Funeral Service for Leona will be held on Friday, December 27, 1985, at 1:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend James Mohr officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of the Cross Cemetery in Ripon.
