LeRoy W. Grahn, age 81, of Ripon, passed away on Tuesday, June 22, 2010, at Fountain View Care Center in Ripon, WI.
LeRoy was born on July 31, 1928, in Ripon, the son of William and Alice (Hahn) Grahn. He graduated from Ripon High School and in 1947; LeRoy married Dolores L. Marx in Fond du Lac, WI. He served our country in the United States Army in World War II. LeRoy was an assistant manager of the Coin Operation Division at Speed Queen in Ripon.
Survivors include his wife, Dolores of 63 years of Ripon, WI; two daughters, Eileen Marie (Earl) Anderson of Henderson, TN and Georgia Jean (Keith) Ludjack of Ripon, WI; one son, William LeRoy (Mary) Grahn of Lowell, AR; six grandchildren, Erich, Elisa, Ryan, Andrew, Chad and Brian; seven great-grandchildren, Christian, Dillon, Parker, Jayden, Hugh, Tyler and Abigal; one sister, Helen Sutherland of Louisville, KY and many nieces and nephews. LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents; William and Alice Grahn and a brother, Lloyd Grahn.
Per LeRoy’s wishes there will be no funeral service.
Memorials may be given to the American Diabetes Association, 375 Bishops Way #220 Brookfield, WI 53005.
