Leroy "Pat" Trapp
February 13, 1925 — August 20, 2007
LeRoy “Pat” Trapp, 82, of Ripon, WI passed away on Monday, August 20, 2007 at Ripon Medical Center.
LeRoy was born on February 13, 1925 the son of William H. and Laura (Reynolds) Trapp in the Town of Utica, WI. He attended Fisk School and worked as an Owner and Operator of a Trucking Company where he hauled milk. “Pat” married Elaine Merkey in 1945 at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pickett, where he was a lifelong member and served as past Church Councilman. He was also a Charter Member of the Pickett Lions Club.
Survivors include his wife, Elaine Trapp of Ripon, a brother; Gordon (Nancy) Trapp of Oshkosh, and several nieces and nephews. LeRoy was preceded in death by his parents and his nephew, Wayne Trapp.
Visitation for LeRoy Trapp will be held on Friday, August 24, 2007 from 10:30-11:30AM at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pickett.
Memorial Services for LeRoy Trapp will be held on Friday, August 24, 2007 at 11:30AM at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pickett with Pastor Russell W. Kloehn officiating. Inurnment will follow in Liberty Prairie Cemetery in the Township of Utica. A Memorial has been established.
