Lester H. Kuehn, 69, of Ripon, died on May 2, 1995, at his home.
He was born on December 19, 1925, in Ripon, a son of the late Benjamin and Catherine (Lambert) Kuehn. After graduating from Ripon High School, Les served in the U.S. Army during WWII from 1944-1946. He was a member of the American Legion Brown-Parfitt Post #43 in Ripon. On June 18, 1949, he married Doris Wichman and they made their home in Ripon. Les worked at Speed Queen in the service & parts dept. until his retirement.
Survivors include his daughter, Kay (Mike) Fadden of Ripon, and 2 grandchildren, Christopher Beacom of Oshkosh and Michael Beacom of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Doris, and one brother, Harold.
Visitation will be Saturday from 9 until 11:00 a.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with private services for the family following. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A memorial has been established.
