Lloyd Edwin Burk, age 73, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Wednesday, April 2, 1986, at his home.
Lloyd was born June 21, 1912, in Watertown, South Dakota, the son of Frank and Agnes Burk. He was educated in Gordon, WI. Lloyd served our country in the United States Army during WWII. He married Hazel Wallace on July 8, 1948. Lloyd worked for 40 years at Speed Queen as a quality service manager. After retirement, he worked as a maintenance man for Sherms Car Wash in Ripon. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Survivors include two sons, Dennis of Ft. Hood, TX and Douglas of Ripon. He was preceded in death by his wife, Hazel.
Visitation for Lloyd will be held on Sunday, April 6, 1986, from 6 – 9:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with a V.F.W. Service at 7:45 pm.
Funeral Service for Lloyd will be held on Monday, April 7, 1986, at 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Reverend Harley C.W. Tretow officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
