Lois Loeffler

Lois M. “Loie” Loeffler, age 64 died peacefully in her home at Green Lake on Tuesday, September 16, 1997. She was born May 12, 1933, in Green Lake.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Reinhold Bloch and Laura (Kersten) Bloch. Loie graduated from Green Lake High School. She married Robert “Bob” Loeffler on December 26, 1954. Bob and Loie own and operate the Hardware Store in Green Lake. Loie was an avid gardener, enjoyed boating on the lake, deer hunting, and being with family and friends.

Loie is survived by her husband Bob; three sons, Steve Loeffler of Green Lake, Chuck and Sue Loeffler of Oshkosh, and Rick and Sue Loeffier of Neshkoro; four grandchildren, Michelle, Tanya, Anna and Bryan. She is also survived by two brothers, Arlin and Betsy Bloch, and Willis and Anna Lou Bloch; and one sister, Donna Bloch Buchholz.

Private family services will be held at a later date.
