Loretta E. Miller, age 90, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, June 29, 2014, at Fountain View Care Center in Ripon, with her loving family by her side.

She was born September 15, 1923, in the Township of Eldorado, WI, the daughter of George and Gertrude (Weber) Albrecht. On May 31, 1947, Loretta was united in marriage to Marvin Miller. Throughout her life, Loretta worked at various places. She worked at Kresge Dime Store in Fond du Lac, cleaned house and cooked for various homes, she worked at Green Giant Canteen in Ripon and Rosendale and above all she took the roll of housewife, and mother. Loretta was a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale.

She is survived by her children: Bruce (Cheryl) Miller of Ripon, Bonnie (Larry) Gensch of West Salem, Brent Miller of Ripon; daughter-in-law, Sue Miller, Ripon; special family friend, Jerry (Teresa) Packer, Ripon; grandchildren: Tammy, Kevin, Matthew, Chad (JP), and Nicole (Shaun), step-granddaughter Laura (Scott), great-grandchildren: Merrisa, Emily, Alexa, Izaac, Kamryn and Harper; step-great-grandchildren: Sheena (Skyler), Tanner (Clarrisa), Darian and Mackenzie; aunt, Sally Noe; sisters-in-law: Roselind Miller, Elaine Albrecht, Arlene Albrecht, Marilyn Albrecht; and many nieces, nephews and cousins. Loretta was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvin in 2005; son, Bradley in 2009; brothers: Marvin, Orlen, George, Roland and Raymond; a sister, Eldora Giese, step-grandson, Randy Gensch; brothers-in-law: Alvin Giese, Alvon Miller; and sister-in-law, Mae Albrecht.

Visitation for Loretta E. Miller will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2014 from 9:00 – 11:00 a.m. at Peace Lutheran Church, 124 S. Main Street, Rosendale, WI 54974.

Funeral Service for Loretta E. Miller will be held on Saturday, July 5, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. at the Peace Lutheran Church in Rosendale. Reverend Charles R. Thompson will officiate. Interment will follow at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Town of Black Wolf. Memorials may be made to Peace Lutheran Church of Rosendale, in her name.
