Lorraine Stobb

Lorraine E. Stobb, age 77, of the Town of Green Lake, passed away on Wednesday, February 27, 1991 at Berlin Memorial Hospital.
She was born June 29, 1913, in Abbotsford, the daughter of Walter and Bertha (Bond) Peterson. She married Leo J. Stobb on November 19, 1932 in Markesan. He preceded her in death on April 17, 1983. She was a member of the Zion Lutheran Church in Fairwater. She worked as a housewife and a Pottermaker and PMI.
Survivors include two daughters: Linda Stobb of Markesan and Bonnie (Harold) Ratliff of Markesan; two sons: Orville (Colleen) Stobb of Markesan; and Calvin Stobb of Markesan; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two sisters: Lillian Spychalla of Ripon and Ruth Schaetzka of Ripon; and one brother; Philip Peterson of Ripon. She was preceded in death by her husband, and three brothers.
Friends may call from 5:00 to 7:30 p.m. on Friday, March 1, 1991, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, in Ripon.
Funeral services for Lorraine E. Stobb will be held on Friday, March 1, 1991, at 7:30 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home. The Reverend Rick Pettis will officiate. Interment will be at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. A memorial has been established.
