Louise Kahl, age 74 of Ripon, WI passed away on Friday, September 4, 1953 at her home.
Louise was born in the Town of Brooklyn, WI on September 11, 1878, the daughter of Herman and Wilhelmina (Drahein) Page. She was educated in the Town of Brooklyn, and has also resided in Rosendale, WI and for the past 22 years lived in Ripon, WI. On October 9, 1902 she married Herman Kahl. Louise was a member of the ladies aid and W.S.W.S. of the Evangelical United Brethren Church in Ripon.
Louise is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Clarence Schilf of Green Lake, WI, Ellen Kahl and Evelyn Kahl both of Ripon, WI; one son, Oliver of Waukesha, WI; four granddaughters; five brothers, William Page of Antigo, WI, Fred Page of Ripon, WI, Edwin Page of Green Lake, WI, George Page of Fertile, MN and Benjamin of Washington D.C.; two sisters, Mrs. W.A. Zinzow of East Orange, NJ and Mrs. T.F. Davis of Detroit, MI. She was preceded in death by her parents, Herman and Wilhelmina Page; husband, Herman Kahl; two brothers; and one sister.
Visitation for Louise will be held from 6:00 pm on Saturday, September 5, 1953 until 11:00 am on Monday, September 7, 1953 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, WI, and again from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm on Monday, September 7, 1953 at Evangelical United Brethren Church in Ripon, WI.
Funeral service for Louise will be held at 2:00 pm on Monday, September 7, 1953 at Evangelical United Brethren Church in Ripon, with Reverend C.A. Bender officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
