Louise Waters

Louise L. Waters, age 90, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Sunday, June 12, 2016, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon.

Louise was born February 12, 1926, in Ripon, the daughter of Frank and Edith (Schilling) Lichtenberg. She attended Ripon High School and went on to work various jobs throughout her life until she retired from Smuckers LTD. On September 1, 1946, Louise married Bernard Waters.

Survivors include her son, Dennis (Christine) Waters of Ripon, WI; her three daughters, Debra (Anthony) Kuharski of Ripon, WI, Janice (David) Klawitter of Oxford, WI, Diane (Michael) Tiry of Ripon, WI; her sister, Betty Hoffman of Oak Center, WI; her three sister-in-laws, AliceAnn Krueger of CA, Dorothy Waters of Ripon, WI, Josephine Waters of Ripon, WI; her ten grandchildren, Julie Waters of Onalaska, WI, Janel Waters of Milwaukee, WI, Jennifer Waters of Ripon, WI, Jacqueline Waters of Ripon, WI, Nathan Kuharski of Portland, OR, Matthew Kuharski of Ripon, WI, Andrew Kuharski of Madison, WI, Alexander Kuharski of Madison, WI, Scott (Amber) Brezinsky of Appleton, WI, Kelly (Brandon) Popp of Fond du Lac, WI; her nine great grandchildren; and her cat Peter; Louise is further survived by many nieces and nephews. Louise is preceded in death by her parents; husband Bernard Waters on April 19, 1998; her two brothers, Charles and Russell Lichtenberg; her two sisters, Irene Katerzynski and Caroline Powell; and her brother-in-law, John Hoffman.

Per her wishes, a private family Prayer service for Louise Waters will be held Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home.Reverend Robert A. Fictum will officiate. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon.
