Lucille Lehman

December 10, 1909 — March 7, 2005

Lucille E. Lehman (nee Lukoski), 95, of Ripon, died Monday evening, March 7, 2005, at Hilltop Manor in Ripon.

Lucille was born December 10, 1909, in Ripon, a daughter to Jacob and Elizabeth (Hibicki) Lukoski. She graduated from Ripon High School and also from County Normal at Oshkosh. On April 17, 1942, she married Fred Lehman who preceded her in death. Lucille began her teaching career in one-room country schools and retired in 1974 after 44 years of educating children. Mrs. Lehman was a member of St Wenceslaus Catholic Church.

Survivors include her daughter, Ellen Kay (Lawrence) McNally of Woodstock, IL; nieces, nephews, as well as numerous grand nieces and nephews. Fred Lehman preceded her in death as well as her parents; three brothers: Joseph, Leo, & George; six sisters: Mary Koester, Rose Lachel, Clara Brandin, Louise Sluka, Marcella Miller, & Genevieve Lukoski.

Mass of Christian Burial for Lucille Lehman will be at 11 a.m. on Saturday, March 12, 2005, at St Wenceslaus Catholic Church with Reverend Robert A. Fictum officiating. Visitation will be Friday, March 11 from 5-8 p.m., with a Prayer Service at 7:45 p.m. at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home. Interment will be in St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon. A memorial has been established.
