Lucille Alma Schwandt, age 80, of Ripon, WI, died Wednesday evening, November 2, 1994, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon.
She was born May 8, 1914, in Pickett, a daughter to the late Emil and Ida Anklam Grahn. She was educated in Pickett and Ripon. On October 28, 1931, she married Frank Schwandt. He passed away on September 14, 1990. Lucille had resided in Pickett and the Ripon area all of her life and was a housewife. Lucille was a member of Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church of Pickett and the Ladies Aid of the church.
She is survived by two daughters, Eileen (Glen) Taggart-Riley of Seabrook, TX and Elaine (Jim) Welk of Ripon; four grandchildren, Jeff, Joel, Jane and Kathy; three great-grandchildren, Alison, Eric and Jenna; and one brother, Art (Lillian) Grahn of Sebring, FL. She was preceded in death by her husband, one brother and two grandchildren.
Funeral Service for Mrs. Schwandt will be held Saturday at 2 pm at Grace Evangelical Lutheran Church in Pickett. Reverend Alvin Aichele will officiate. Interment will be in the Liberty Prairie Cemetery in the Town of Utica.
The family will receive friends from 11:30 am until the time of the service Saturday at the church.
