Mrs. Lydia (nee Buboltz) Dooley, age 75, of Methuen, MA (formerly of Ripon, WI) passed away on Friday, November 16, 1951 at Bon Secours Hospital in Methuen, MA.
Lydia was born in Calumet County, WI on February 24, 1876, the daughter of Frederick and Mary (Gass) Buboltz. She lived in Ripon, Chicago for 30 years and Methuen, MA for 16 years. On June 29, 1936 she married Edward H. Dooley in Chicago.
Lydia is survived by her husband, Edward; three sisters, Mrs. William Becker of Oshkosh, WI, Mrs. W.J. Gough of Winetka, IL, and Mrs. William Neitzel of Ripon, WI; two brothers, Herbert Buboltz of Ripon, WI and L.W. Buboltz of Overton, NE.
Visitation for Lydia will be held from 6:00 pm on Tuesday, November 20, 1951 until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 23, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon, WI.
Funeral service for Lydia will be held at 2:00 pm on Wednesday, November 23, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with Rev. Theodore Jordan officiating. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon, WI.
