Lynn Curtis Singmaster, age 47, of the Town of Metomen, WI, died Tuesday, October 29, 1996, at Ripon Medical Center in Ripon after a lengthy illness.
He was born April 10, 1949, in Fort Scott, Kansas, a son to Herbert and Norma (Page) Singmaster. He attended country school, graduated from Ripon High School in 1967, and graduated in 1969, from Agriculture Short Course in Madison. Lynn farmed all of his life. On November 9, 1974, he married the former Brenda Petermann. He was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon and the Ripon F.F.A. Alumni. Lynns hobbies were bowling and drag racing.
In addition to his wife, Brenda, he is survived by three daughters, Heather Lynn of Washington DC, Kelly Kay of Ripon and Kalani Lynn at home; his parents, Herbert and Norma Singmaster of Ripon; one sister, Jaclyn (Robert) Tamblin of Ripon and children, Chad (Maureen) and Kurt Bryden; nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles. He was preceded in death by an infant brother, Mickey Ray.
Funeral Service will be Friday, November 1, 1996, at 11 am at Immanuel United Methodist Church in Ripon. Reverend David A. Busker will officiate. Burial will be in Bethel Reeds Corners Cemetery in the Town of Metomen.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 31, 1996, from 5 until 8 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. A memorial has been established.
