Mabel M. Knapp, age 84, of Rosendale, WI, passed away on Friday, March 21, 1986, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Mabel was born August 1, 1901, in Ripon, WI, the daughter of William and Emma (Zweiger) Endthoff. She was educated at Reeds Corners School. On September 14, 1922, Mabel married Wayne Knapp in Ripon. She was a member of Rosendale United Church of Christ and the Women’s Fellowship Guild.
Survivors include her husband, Wayne; one grandson, two great-grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Elsie Smith of Ripon, WI, Mrs. Hazel Dunning of Mayville, WI and Mrs. Margaret Endthoff of Fond du Lac, WI. Mabel was preceded in death by one son, one daughter and one brother.
Funeral Service for Mabel will be held on Monday, March 24, 1986, at 1:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with Reverend Gordon Merritt officiating. Interment will follow at Rosendale Cemetery in the Village of Rosendale. A memorial has been established for the church.
