Margaret "Maggie" M. Hensel, age 77, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Monday, August 15, 2022 at Ripon Community Hospital.
Maggie was born on October 17, 1944 in Dousman, WI, the daughter of Sigmund and Joan (Szpera) Tarkowski. After graduating high school she worked most of her life in retail, moving to different parts of Wisconsin and Eastern Minnesota. She had a passion for Wisconsin sports, especially the Brewers and the Packers. She had a fun-loving sense of humor, an endless love for puppies, and more recently enjoyed sitting outside and enjoying nature and wildlife.
Maggie is survived by her two sons, Ric (Paula) Hensel of Rosendale, WI and Jeff (Kristie) Hensel of Fargo, ND; and four grandchildren, Deric, Myles, Jaymeson, and Nate Hensel.
Per Maggie's wishes, no funeral services will be held. A memorial is being established in her name.
