Margaret O. Kehl, age 94, 935 Thomas Street, Ripon, passed away Friday, May 19, 2006 at Ripon Medical Center.
She was born July 3, 1911, in Green Lake County, WI, a daughter to James H. and Ida Bertha (Timm) Welch. She graduated from the Business College in Oshkosh, and worked as an accountant and librarian at public high schools. On July 15, 1948 she married Roman T. Kehl, Sr. Margaret was a member of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake.
She is survived by 2 sons, Donald Kehl, Ripon, and Roman Kehl, Jr. of Green Bay; and 1 grandson, John (Karen) Kehl, Green Bay, along with many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, 4 sisters, and 2 brothers.
VISITATION for Margaret O. Kehl will be held Monday, May 22, 2006, from 5-7 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon, with a Rosary being said at 7:00 p.m., and from 10:00 – 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake.
A MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL for Margaret O. Kehl will be held Tuesday, May 23, 2006 at 11:00 a.m., at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Green Lake, with Father Philip Krogman officiating. Burial will take place in Green Lake Center Cemetery in the Town of Green Lake. A memorial has been established.
