Margaret Koentopp, age 68, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, December 17, 1956, at her home.
Margaret was born April 7, 1886, in the Town of Metomen, WI, the daughter of William and Julia (Seabul) Watson. She lived in the vicinity of Ripon all of her life and on September 28, 1904, married William Koentopp in Ripon.
Survivors include her husband, William; four daughters, Mrs. Arthur Niec of Black Creek, Mrs. Frank Makurat of Ripon, Mrs. Victor Hoffman of Elkhorn, Mrs. Clifford Gilbert of Lake Charles, WI; three sons, Gordon of Wautoma, Norman of Berlin, William of Princeton; two sisters, Mrs. Elmer Poblitz of Ripon, Mrs. William Strelow of Fairwater and one brother, William Watson of Ripon; twenty grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
Friends may call on Sunday, December 19, 1956, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Margaret will be held on Tuesday, December 21, 1956, at 2:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home with The Reverend A.A. Eytzen officiating. Interment will take place at Brandon Cemetery in the Village of Brandon.
