Margarite Strong, age 76, of Milwaukee, WI passed away on Wednesday, October 3, 1953 at her home.
Margarite was born in Green Lake County, WI on June 2, 1875, the daughter of Lucius and Mary (Jenkens) Burroughs. She lived in Ripon, WI prior to her last six years in Milwaukee. She married Benjimine F. Strong, Jr.
Margarite is survived by two daughters, Leone and Lucille Strong both of Milwaukee, WI; a brother, William Burroughs of Ripon, WI and one sister, Milo Thompson of Schiocton, WI. She was preceded in death by her husband who passed away on May 18, 1925; and her parents, Lucius and Mary Burroughs.
Funeral service for Margarite will be held at 3:00 pm on Saturday, October 6, 1953 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with Reverend Lewis Douglass officiating. Interment will follow at Loper Cemetery, Town of Ripon, WI.
