Marie Wesner, age 92, of Berlin, WI, passed away on Tuesday, November 30, 1954, at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Nipko in Berlin.
Marie was born October 27, 1862, in Russia. She lived in the Green Lake and Berlin areas. In 1879, Marie married Gottlieb Wesner. She was a member of Evangelical United Brethern Church in Ripon.
Survivors include five daughters, Mrs. Paul Krause of Milwaukee, Mrs. Carpenter of Omro, Mrs. Edward Miller of Green Lake, Mrs. Will Nipko of Berlin and Mrs. Carlton Hach of Kirkwood, MO; six sons, Paul of Borth, Emil of Rush Lake, Bernard of Redgranite, Herbert of Lake Zurich, IL and Col. Charles Wesner of Virginia; 36 grandchildren and 70 great-grandchildren.
Friends may call on Thursday, December 1, 1954, after 4:00 pm at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Marie will be held on Saturday, December 3, 1954, at 2:00 pm at Methodist Church in Green Lake with The Reverend C.A. Bender officiating. Interment will take place at Dartford Cemetery in Green Lake.
