Marion K. Hamberger, 72, of Ripon, passed away early Sunday, November 7, 1999, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon.
Marion was born on May 19, 1927, the daughter of Mike and Mary (Grams) Hoffman in the Town of St. Marie, Green Lake County. She graduated from Princeton High School and went to work for Ripon Foods as a cookie packer for 38 years. On October 22, 1949 she married Leonard T. (Hamie) Hamberger. She was a member of St. Patrick Catholic Church in Ripon.
Survivors include her husband Leonard (Hamie), one sister, Sylvia Napstad of Chicago, IL., one niece, and several nephews. Her parents, three brothers, and two sisters, preceded her in death.
A private Funeral service for Marion will be held on Wednesday, November 10, 1999, at 2:00 at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Father John Schmitz officiating. Friends may call on Wednesday November 10, 1999, from 12:00 noon until the time of service at the funeral home. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. Memorials may be sent to the American Cancer Society in her name.
