Mark D. Miller, age 46, of Kahl Rd, Markesan, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday evening, October 19, 2005, at Ripon Medical Center, Ripon.
He was born April 15, 1959, in Concorde, MA, the son of Ernest and Mona Fay (Anderson) Miller. Mark was educated in West Fargo High School and North Dakota School of Science, Wahpeton, ND. On October 18, 1980, he married Kelley Laddusaw at St Andrew Lutheran Church in West Fargo, ND. Mark was co-owner of BATI for eleven years in Green Lake, he than worked for North American Mechanical Inc. or NAMI in Madison where he was awarded Employee of the Year for 2004 after only being there for one year. Mark loved the lake, whether fishing or boating, his family and his many friends.
Survivors include his wife, Kelley; daughters, Jessica K. Miller of Milwaukee and Erica N. Miller of Markesan (fiance’ Travis M. Radloff of Oshkosh); son, Jacob A. Miller of Markesan; grandson, Connor M. Radloff of Markesan; sister, Robbi Lundberg (Chip) of Rocklin, CA; brother, Jeff Miller (Elizabeth) of Windsor, CA; mother, Mona Harkesan (Denny) of Phoenix, AZ; and in-laws, Karen and James Laddusaw of West Fargo, ND. He is further survived by brothers-in-law, Steve Laddusaw (Gail) and Brad Laddusaw (Srena); many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Mark was preceded in death by his father, Ernest Miller; uncle, Gordon Anderson; grandmother, Erma Anderson; and niece, Melanie Marie Miller.
Visitation will be Sunday, October 23, 2005, from 4-7 p.m. at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. Funeral service for Mark D. Miller will be Monday, October 24, 2005, at 11 a.m. at St John’s Lutheran Church, 93 W. Catherine St, Markesan. Pastor Dennis Meier will officiate. A memorial has been established.
