Mark Lee Smith, age 64, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Tuesday, May 10, 2022 at Ripon Community Hospital.
Mark was born in Ripon on January 21, 1958, the son of Floyd and Phyllis (Steineke) Smith. He graduated from Ripon High School. In Mark’s earlier days he worked at Admanco and then he worked as a delivery driver for Dominos Pizza for many years. He enjoyed board games, reading, watching sports and loved old movies.
Mark is survived by his siblings, Constance K. Ruge of De Pere, WI; Janet C. Crook of Green Lake, WI, Gayle S. (Terran) Cain of Fond du Lac, WI, Ronald L. (Mary) Smith of Ripon, WI and Nedra B. (William) Smith of Madison, WI and sisters-in-law, Karen Smith and Rita Smith. He was further survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Scott A. Smith and Bruce W. Smith and two brothers-in-law, Bill Crook and Gary Ruge.
Visitation for Mark will be held Monday, May 16, 2022, from 12 – 1:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.
A funeral service for Mark will be held Monday, May 16, 2022, at 1:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with Reverend Kevin P. Mundell officiating. Interment will follow at Garden of the Cross Cemetery, Ripon, WI. A memorial is being established in his name.
