Martha A. Brazelton, age 81, of Oshkosh, WI, passed away on Sunday October 25, 1992 at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh.
She was born June 16, 1911 in Coloma, the daughter of John F. and Alena (Jenrich) Holtz. On May 28, 1929 she married Howard Brazelton who preceded her in death in 1979. Mrs. Brazelton was educated in Coloma and was a housewife. She had lived in Rosendale from 1955 until moving to Oshkosh in 1984.
Survivors include 3 daughters: Carol Gardner of Oshkosh, Annette (Peter) Beilke of Brandon, and Evelyn (Ronald) Boehnen of Fremont, one son: Stanley (Vivian) Brazelton of Billings, MT, sixteen grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandson. Also surviving are one brother, Arthur Holtz of Montello and one sister Olga Opperman of Winneconne. She was preceded in death by her husband, five sisters, one brother, two sons, and ten grandchildren.
Funeral Services for Martha Brazelton will be held at 10:00 a.m. Wednesday October 28, 1992 at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with the Reverend Bruce Buslaff officiating. Interment will follow in Rosendale Cemetery. Friends may call from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 27, 1992 at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home. A memorial has been established.
