Martha "Marty" Peterson

Martha “Marty” D. Peterson, age 75, of Princeton, WI, passed away on Saturday, August 21, 1993, at her home.
She was born January 24, 1918, in Bay View, WI, the daughter of Paul and Verge Leslie Bluhm. On May 17, 1941, she married Walter Peterson. Since 1953, they were summer residents at Green Lake and in 1978, they made it their year-round home. He preceded her in death on January 30, 1991. She was a housewife and member of St. Peter’s Episcopal Church of Ripon.
She is survived by one son, Pete (Jane) Peterson of Springfield, MO; one daughter, Jane (Lee) Wnuk of Racine; four grandchildren, Jennifer, Katie, and Kim Wnuk, and Jessica Peterson; one brother, Bud (Janet) Bluhm of Milwaukee; and several nieces and nephews. She leaves behind many close friends.
Memorial Services will be at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, August 26, 1993, at St. Peter’s Episcopal Church, Ripon. The Reverend Robert J.C. Brown will officiate. There will be no visitation.
In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials in her name be directed to Hospice Hope, 430 E. Division Street, Fond du Lac, or St. Peter’s Episcopal Church.
