Mary Nell Porth

Mary Nell Higgins Porth, 60, of Willowbrook Apts, Ripon, died Tuesday, August 30, 1988, at Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital, Oconomowoc.

She was born December 4, 1927, in Fort Atkinson, WI to Francis and Emma (Cahoon) Higgins. She married Tom Porth in 1960, and he preceded her in death.

She had resided in Ripon the last 50 years. She graduated from Ripon High School in 1945. She was a housewife.

Survivors include her cousins, Katherine Clauson of Perham, MN; Allen Cahoon of Brainerd, MN; Merwin Higgins of Whitewater, WI. Her parents preceded her in death.

Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, September 1, 1988, at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, Ripon. The Reverend James D. Mohr will officiate. Interment will follow in the Green Lake Center Cemetery, Town of Green Lake, Green Lake County.
