Maxwell H. Manzer, age 77, of Green Lake, WI, passed away on Sunday, May 27, 1984 at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh, WI.
Maxwell was born on March 16, 1908 in Ripon, WI, the son of Harry and Cleo (Price) Manzer. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School Class of 1933, and has lived in Madison and now Ripon since 1964. On April 13, 1940 he married Clair Gelhar. He also served our country in the U.S. Army during WWII. Maxwell was an attorney.
Maxwell is survived by his wife, Clair; a daughter, Margaret (David) York of Sheboygan, WI; a son, Henry Manzer of Green Lake, WI; two grandchildren; a brother, Harry Manzer of Madison, WI; and a sister Barbara Flemming of Newark, NJ. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Cremation will take place.
