Mesa T. Fredenhagen, age 11, of Pickett, WI passed away unexpectedly on Tuesday, June 11, 2024.

With heavy hearts we celebrate the beautiful life of Mesa Teresa Fredenhagen. Mesa was a remarkable young lady, full of grit, perseverance, and most of all, joy. Our dear Mesa brought light and life wherever she went. When we think of Mesa, we always loved the way she smiled with her eyes, and her infectious giggle were her most enduring qualities. Her love of horses was only eclipsed by her love of her people. Mesa was an adored daughter and sister, devoted granddaughter and cousin, and a most steadfast friend. She enjoyed sharing time with those she loved on horseback, creating art, or getting lost in a book. She was always willing to lend a hand to her family at home or at church and be a listening ear to her friends. She was a girl of great faith and had a knack for making everyone around her forget their troubles. Although nothing can soften this ache, we rejoice that Mesa is resting in her Savior's arms. She is so loved and will be forever missed until on the blessed day that we are reunited in heaven.

Visitation for Mesa will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024 from 9:00 until 11:00 am at Countryside Christian Church, 1483 Burr Oak Rd, Oshkosh, WI 54904. A memorial service will follow at 11:00 am, with Pastor Matthew Abrahamson officiating. A time of fellowship will take place immediately after the service.
