Michael Anthony Kosmak, 69, of W1876 Tuleta Hill Rd., Markesan, passed away on Wednesday, April 26, 2006 at the University of Wisconsin Hospital in Madison.
Mike was born on February 11, 1937 in Berwyn, IL., the son of Anthony and Mildred (Musil) Kosmak. He graduated from Proviso East High School in Maywood, IL and went on to graduated with a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Valparaiso University in Valparaiso, IN. On September 12, 1964 he married Brenda Simon in Elmhurst, IL. They lived in Princeton, WI. for 20 years raising livestock, before moving to Green Lake. Mike has been employed with Modern Pole Builders in Ripon as a Sales Rep. for 16 years.
Survivors include his wife, Brenda; one son, Michael J. Kosmak of Minneapolis, MN; one sister, Gloria (John) Connolly of Hot Springs Village, AK; In-laws; Larry (Jackie) Simon of Princeton, Vickie (Jerry) Brady of Ripon, Jeannie (Jerry) Rotramel of Elkhart, IN, Dale (Lois) Simon of De Forest, WI; mother and father-in-law, Maxine and Lawrence Simon of Princeton, and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Visitation: Friends may call on Monday, May 1, 2006 at the Terrace Shores Evangelical Free Church, Markesan from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 noon.
Funeral Service: For Michael Anthony Kosmak will be held on Monday, May 1, 2006 at 12:00 noon at the Terrace Shores Evangelical Free Church with Rev. Gary Zacharias officiating. Inurnment will take place at a later date in the Green Lake Center Cemetery, Town of Green Lake. A memorial in the name of Michael A. Kosmak may be sent to UW Comprehensive Cancer Center, Creating Hope Campaign, 600 Highland Ave., K4-658, Madison, WI. 53792-6164.
