Michael "Mikey" Jon Nuenthel

Michael “Mikey” Jon Nuenthel, age 18, of Ripon, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Friday, April 7, 2023.

Mikey was born on September 19, 2004 in Milwaukee, WI, son of Michael Nuenthel and April Stika. He was a gentle giant, who was a senior in high school. He enjoyed spending his free time bowling, skiing and skate boarding. Mikey was a “techy” kid and had a passion for writing music on the computer. He had an ear for music and enjoyed singing along with what he wrote and played.

Michael is survived by his parents, Michael Nuenthel and April Stika; grandmothers, Sue Peoples and Julianne Stika; godmother and cousin, Cass (Mike) Kuehn; godfather and uncle, Jonathan Stika; aunts, Mary (Kevin) Nuenthel, Holly (Daniel) Binder, Lynn Chaloupek; uncles, Carl (Lisa) Stika; special mentor and cousin, Christopher Malzhan; many other cousins and extended family members. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Frank Peoples and Carl Stika, and many other loving family members.

Visitation for Mikey will be held on Friday, April 14, 2023, from 9:00 - 11:00 am at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971.

Funeral service for Mikey will be held at 11:00 am on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, with Rev. Donald Deike officiating. Interment will follow at St. Patrick Catholic Cemetery, Town of Ripon. A memorial is being established in his name.
