Michael Soeller

Michael J. Soeller, age 43, of Randolph, WI, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, August 24, 2014, at his home.

Michael was born March 15, 1971, in Fond du Lac, the eldest son of David and Loretta (Bille) Soeller. He graduated from Ripon High School in 1990. Michael worked at Richelieu Foods. In his early years, he was a 4-H Member and a Royal Ranger at Hillside Assembly in Ripon. Michael loved country music and rodeos and was an avid deer hunter.

Survivors include his parents, David and Loretta Soeller of Ripon, WI; siblings, Jonathan Soeller of Ripon, WI, Michelle (Reverend Dr. David) Rumley of Normal, IL and Jason (Traci) Soeller of Fond du Lac, WI; six nieces and nephews, Amanda, Jacob and Hannah Rumley of Normal, IL and Leo, Lillian and Lucy Soeller of Fond du Lac, WI; maternal grandfather, John Bille of Waupun and several aunts, uncles and cousins. Michael was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Leo and Amanda Soeller; maternal grandmother, Ethel Bille; uncle, Daniel Bille and his cousin, Aaron “Beezer” Gerrits.

Visitation for Michael will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2014, from 4 – 7:00 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home, 515 Mayparty Dr., Ripon, WI 54971 and again on Friday, August 29, 2014 from 10 – 11:00 am at Hillside Assembly, 656 W. Oshkosh St., Ripon, WI 54971.

Funeral service for Michael will be held on Friday, August 29, 2014, at 11:00 am at Hillside Assembly in Ripon. Reverend David Rumley and Reverend Donald Deike will officiate. Interment will follow at Bethel Reeds Corners Cemetery in the Town of Metomen. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to Hillside Assembly for Spencer Lake Bible Camp Scholarship Fund, 656 W. Oshkosh St., Ripon, WI 54971.

Michael was a kind hearted person; he was loved dearly by his family and friends
and will be deeply missed.
