Miss Mildred Yerk, age 86, Ripon, WI, died Wednesday, November 29, 1995, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon, where she had resided the past year.
She was born July 18, 1909, in the Town of Metomen, a daughter to the late Charles A. and Alice Yerk. She attended schools in Ripon and for many years Mildred worked in food service at Ripon College. Mildred was a member of the Immanuel United Methodist Church of Ripon and the Friendship Circle. With the exception of the American House of Ripon and Parkview Care Center, Mildred had lived most of her life at her home on Woodside Avenue.
She is survived by cousins and friends.
Funeral services for the late Mildred Yerk will be 2 pm Thursday, November 30, 1995, at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. Reverend Howard Ott will officiate and interment will follow in Brandon Cemetery in Brandon.
Visitation will be Thursday from 1 pm until the time of the service at the funeral home.
