Milton “Mick” Grasee, age 74, of Ripon, WI, passed away on December 2, 1987, at Ripon Memorial Hospital.
Milton was born December 7, 1912, in Oshkosh, WI, the son of Albert and Nell (O’Halloran) Grasee. He was educated in Oshkosh and served our country in the United States Army Air Corps during WWII in the Pacific Theatre. On May 24, 1941, Milton married Beatrice Klatt in Ripon. He was the owner of East Side Country Market for 47 years and also worked for the United States Postal Service from 1947 – 1973.
Survivors include his wife, Beatrice; one son, Michael of Ripon; one daughter, Anne Grasee of Denver and two grandchildren, Mark and Rebecca. He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother.
Visitation for Milton will be held on Thursday, December 3, 1987, from 5 – 8:30 pm at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon with a VFW Service at 8:30 pm.
Funeral Service for Milton will be held on Friday, December 4, 1987, at 11:00 am at 11:00 am at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon with Reverend Carl L. Stuvenvoll. Interment will follow at Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon. A memorial has been established.
