Mrs. August Raasch, age 71, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Saturday, April 13, 1957, at her home.
Mrs. Raasch was born May 15, 1885, in Princeton, WI, the daughter of Gotleib and Bertja (Dumdie) Theil. She was educated in the Princeton schools. Mrs. Raasch married August Raasch on September 27, 1904.
Survivors include her husband, August; three daughters, Mrs. Alma Lynch of Rush Lake, Mrs. Dora Haglund of Pewaukee and Mrs. Iva Craig of Ripon; two grandsons and one granddaughter; three sisters, Mrs. Clara Lunow of Princeton, Mrs. Gena Prachel of Princeton and Mrs. alma Jimason of Billings, Montana. She was preceded in death by one daughter and one brother.
Friends may call on Sunday, April 14, 1957, after 12:00 noon at Butzin Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral Service for Mrs. August will be held on Tuesday, April 16, 1957, at 2:00 pm at First Evangelical Lutheran Church in Ripon with The Reverend E.E. Schieler officiating. Interment will take place at Nepeuskun Cemetery in the Village of Nepeuskun.
