Mrs. William Watson

Mrs. William Watson, age 90 of Ripon, WI passed away on Monday, September 10, 1951 at the home of her daughter, Mrs. William Koentopp in Ripon.
Mrs. Watson was born in Pozen, Germany on August 5, 1861 the daughter of Peter and Cora Seaball. She came to the United States at the age of three. She has lived in the Ripon area for 87 years. On October 22, 1885 she married William Watson in the Town of Metomen, WI.
Mrs. Watson is survived by three daughters, Mrs. William Koentopp of Ripon, Mrs. Elmer Poblitz of the Town of Metomen and Mrs. William Strelow of Fairwater, WI; one son, William Watson of Ripon; twelve grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great grandchild. She was preceded in death by her husband, William Watson who died on June 22, 1935; four sisters; and one brother.
Visitation will be held from 12:00 pm Wednesday, September 12, 1951 until 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 13, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon.
Funeral service will be held at 2:00 pm on Thursday, September 13, 1951 at Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home with Rev. George Price officiating. Interment will follow at Brandon Cemetery, Brandon, WI.
