Myrtle Ann Duehring, age 79, of 438 Mt. Zion Drive, Ripon, passed away Monday morning, June 20, 2005, at Mercy Medical Center in Oshkosh.
She was born December 28, 1925, in Fairwater, the daughter of Fred and Alice (Krueger) Loechelt. She graduated from Brandon High School. On September 23, 1944, she married Norman J. Duehring in Fairwater, and for many years they farmed in the Ripon area and later moved to Ripon. Myrtle was a housewife, and former bookkeeper for Duehring Implement in Ripon. She was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Ripon.
Survivors include her 2 sons, David N. Duehring of Green Lake and James M. (Gisele) Duehring of Amarillo, TX; 1 Daughter, Linda M. (Darwin) Pionke of Weyauwega; grandchildren, David (Tabitha) Pionke of Weyauwega, Ken Pionke of Weyauwega and Lora (Mike) Rode of Little Chute; step-grandchildren, Elizabeth & Jason Early; great-grandchildren, Dillion Pionke, Brandon & Andrew Rode; sister, Mary Novitske of Ripon; several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Norman J. Duehring on December 29, 2004; and daughter-in-law, Cindy Duehring.
Funeral service for Myrtle Ann Duehring will be at 11 a.m. on Thursday, June 23, 2005, at Grace Lutheran Church in Ripon. The Rev. Alan F. Schaffmeyer will officiate. Visitation will be at the church on Thursday from 10-11 a.m. Interment will be in Woodlawn Cemetery, Ripon. Memorials may be given to Grace Lutheran Church in her name.
Myrtle was devoted to and loved all her family, sharing with others the lives of her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
