Norma Myra Singmaster, age 82, of Ripon, WI, died Thursday, January 20, 2000, at Parkview Care Center in Ripon.
She was born August 15, 1917, in the Town of Ripon, a daughter to Henry Carl and Anna (Witt) Page. Norma graduated from Ripon High School and attended Milwaukee Beauty School. On September 1, 1945, she married Herbert Singmaster in West Palm Beach, FL. She lived in Ripon for 49 years, and was a member of Immanuel United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Herbert Singmaster and daughter, Jaclyn Singmaster, both of Ripon; five grandchildren, Heather, Kelly and Kalani Singmaster, Chad and Kurt Bryden; two great-grandchildren, Payton Bryden and Sierra Krueger; daughter-in-law, Brenda Singmaster; three sisters, Emily Siegmann, Joyce Kahl and Luella Acord; and two brothers, Glen (Lois) Page and Warren Page. She was preceded in death by two sons, Mickey Ray and Lynn Curtis Singmaster; parents; five sisters and four brothers.
Funeral service will be Monday, January 24, 2000, at 11 am at Immanuel United Methodist Church with Reverend David Busker officiating.
Visitation will be Monday from 9 am until the hour of the service at the church. Interment will be in Bethel Reeds Corners Cemetery in the Town of Metomen. Memorial remembrances may be given in her name to Immanuel United Methodist Church or the American Diabetes Association.
