Norman L. Albright, age 73, of Ripon, WI, passed away on Friday, October 23, 1992, at his home.
He was born October 7, 1919 in Ripon, a son of Emil and Martha (Zuehls) Albright. On December 1, 1945 he married Doris Schlaack. Mr. Albright was educated in Ripon and farmed in the Town of Brooklyn. He was a member of Our Saviours United Church of Christ and of the church council. He was a past director and agent of Flyway Mutual Insurance. Mr. Albright participated many years in the Ripon Hunger Walk and was a member of the United Way Board. For many years he befriended many people requiring medical care and helped by providing transportation and friendship at a time when people were in need.
Survivors include his wife: one son, Wayne (Pat) Albright of Ripon, three daughters, Karen (John) Rice of Brookfield, Cindy (Tom) Conlin of Wauwatosa, Carol (Randy) Cluppert of Ripon, and six grandchildren. He was preceded in death by one brother, one sister, his parents and a step-mother and one grandson.
Funeral Services for Norman Albright will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday, October 26, 1992 at Our Saviours United Church of Christ in Ripon with The Reverend James D. Mohr officiating. Interment will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery in Ripon. Friends may call from 5:00 to 8:30 p.m. Sunday, October 25th at the Butzin-Marchant Funeral Home in Ripon. A memorial has been established for Our Saviours United Church of Christ and Hospice Hope.
